Cancellation Policy
All sales are considered final and birds must be used in the applicable season they are purchased. To reschedule a booked hunt, please contact Coulee Region Game Birds & Shooting Sports at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled booking. 1-608-632-5327. Ability to reschedule cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to work with you. Coulee Region Game Birds & Shooting Sports reserves the right to cancel booked hunting sessions due to any circumstance including, but not limited to, emergencies, weather, limited or no availability of birds, mis-conduct or unsafe use of facilities. Refunds and ability to reschedule cannot be guaranteed, but we will handle each circumstance on a case by case basis and do our best to work with you.
